The Chmer CM1675C Die Sinker EDM is a high-performance, heavy-duty machine designed for large-scale machining tasks. Featuring a robust gantry-style construction, it is capable of handling very large and heavy workpieces, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications. This machine can support workpieces weighing up to 5600 kg (12,320 lbs) and can be configured with extended travels on the X and Z axes up to 1000 mm or more.

The CM1675C comes with an advanced CNC control system that simplifies operations. Operators can select from 36 E-codes for various orbit cycles, input parameters, and monitor them on a TFT screen during the EDM process. The system also incorporates cutting technology for different electrode materials and workpieces, allowing easy selection and saving of optimal settings for future use.

Constructed from high-quality cast iron and designed using advanced CAD systems, the CM1675C ensures deformation-free performance and high accuracy. The machine features a hardened table surface for maximum wear resistance, and precision ball screws on the X, Y, and Z axes provide smooth transmission and accurate movements.
