The Chmer CM1875C Die Sinker EDM is a powerful and versatile machine designed for handling large-scale, heavy-duty machining tasks with precision and efficiency. Featuring a gantry-style construction, this machine is ideal for machining very large workpieces, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. It supports workpieces weighing up to 5800 kg (12,760 lbs) and can be configured with extended travels on the X and Z axes up to 1000 mm or more.

The CM1875C includes an advanced CNC control system that simplifies operations. Operators can select from 36 E-codes for various orbit cycles, input parameters, and monitor them on a TFT screen during the EDM process. The system also incorporates cutting technology for different electrode materials and workpieces, allowing easy selection and saving of optimal settings.

Constructed from high-quality cast iron using advanced CAD systems, the CM1875C ensures deformation-free performance and high accuracy. The machine features a hardened table surface for maximum wear resistance, and precision ball screws on the X, Y, and Z axes provide smooth transmission and accurate movements.
